Organise the assessment
An estimated medical budget, separate quotes for your approval and a coordinated schedule. The assessment is grouped over one or two days where possible.
Review and follow up
A physician-led results consultation, written medical summary and personalised plan. HEBEIA schedules three follow-up consultations and agreed checks, with twelve months of concierge support.

Medical services are covered by separate quotes, provided for your approval and paid directly to professionals. The initial consultation is also quoted in advance.
Your estimated budget combines the concierge quote and accepted medical quotes. An estimate is not an all-inclusive medical package.

What does the concierge quote cover?
Preparation, a medical budget estimate, assessment scheduling, organisation of the results consultation, three follow-up consultations and agreed checks, plus administrative coordination for twelve months. Medical fees and tests are additional.
What is my total budget?
Your budget is personalised: a quote for concierge support and separate quotes for consultations and tests selected with your physician. The initial consultation is quoted before the appointment. A detailed estimated medical budget is then prepared; each quote requires your approval before services take place.
How do I request a quote?
Contact the concierge team to discuss your expectations and practical requirements, without sharing medical data. We will send a proposal setting out the scope and terms of support. Requesting a quote does not commit you; you remain free to accept or decline each quote.
Who leads the medical pathway?
Dr Wassim Badiou leads the medical pathway with specialists selected for your circumstances. Physicians are responsible for prescriptions, interpretation of results and care decisions.
Will every examination take place within two days?
We aim to group the assessment into one or two days at Cyrnos and partner practices, where prescriptions, preparation and availability allow. Some examinations or results require additional time. The results consultation is organised when the relevant reports are available.
Are the three follow-up consultations included?
Their scheduling is included in concierge support; medical fees are billed separately. Appointments are agreed with the physician, usually around months three, six and nine, according to the agreed programme.
What are the limits of the service?
The package covers the initial assessment, results consultation and agreed twelve-month follow-up. Your concierge contact is available on working days at the hours communicated during preparation. This is not an on-call medical service or a permanent in-person escort. Coordination of a new complex pathway outside the programme requires a separate proposal accepted before any additional charge.
